About Us

Hello. Here’s our story. We were founded in Mason, Ohio in 1982 by two brothers born and raised in greater Cincinnati. We were motivated by the simple idea that homeowners deserve service people to show up on time. Remember the early days of Time Warner Cable’s infamous half-day service windows? Since our start, Rippe Brothers Appliance Repair has shown up on time day-in and day-out to fix thousands of home appliances for families throughout northern Cincinnati. 

More importantly, we’re grateful for all the relationships we’ve developed with our customers and pleased to be a valued part of the community.

In 2016, we moved a couple miles down Reading Road to new digs in West Chester, Ohio. To service  Do-It-Yourselfers we installed a full-service walk-in parts counter stocked with quality parts for all makes and models.
